My first bag so hard to compare to others. I will say that I was happy that it had room for all my gear for a recent trip. I checked just this bag on the plane and didn't have a carry on other than my boarding jacket! It had 159 board and bindings, helmet, boots, clothes for 3 days (stuffed here and there eg in helmet and boots), gator, board pants, toilet bag, flip flops, bathing suit and so on. It was tight but not difficult to close. A little heavy to carry long distances. Strap was moderately comfortable considering the weight. Probably suggest a roller to someone who can't comfortably walk around with 35lbs + of weight.
