Still in love

By Ranked #1622 - Boards March 1, 2011

Buy this board! This season is my fifth on a bataleon and I love the boards... tbt is super cool and makes riding really fun. Also, this board is amazing because of the soft flex in the middle, but the the tip and tail are a bit stiffer to allow for added pop!!! I am 5'2" and ride a 143 in the park, but the rad thing about this board is that I can take it into the pow!!! Not the wet NW stuff, but when there is less than 2 feet and it is fairly dry I can power through steep lines, but I do not loose any agility that I would with a larger boars. This baby is super stable, I have dropped 40 footers and have landed and rode out on the phattest pow days!!!! Also in the park the Distortia is stable enough to hit pro size booters and flexi enough to butter anything!!!! LOVE THIS BOARD AND YOU WILL TOOOOOOO! WORD

Oh yeah, also this board allows for a super wide stance if that is what you are into, for awhile I was rockin a 24.5" and I think I still could have gone wider (like if I was taller)... Although I would not recommend a stance this wide if you are short like me, that is how I blew my knee off a drop....
