Burton Tronic Jacket - Men's

Good Jacket, but fits small

By Ranked #510 - Men's Jackets May 13, 2011

First, be aware this is really a technical shell, not an insulated jacket. If you want to wear it in adverse elements, layer up underneath. Even for a shell, it feels very lightweight so this would probably be an awesome spring jacket.

The Dryride Durashell is rated 20k mm and 15k g/mm^2 and feels very waterproof. This would probably keep you dry in any environment.

Ultimately, I ended up sending it back simply because the fit. It's Burton SigFit. I am 5'7" 140lbs and the small was waaay too small. I'd size up to at least M or maybe L to get that loose fit steeze. Be aware of this and try one on before you order or size up at least 1 from your normal jacket if you buy from typically loose fitting brands (Special Blend, Nomis or 686).

Otherwise, seems like a quality jacket.
