I racked my 1999 Nissan Sentra and the rack looks very good on my little green car! I also bought a Kayak rack to go with it and some of these straps came with the kayak rack. I actually keep these traps in my trunk and use them to tie down stuff on my roof rack such as wood, backpacks that don't fit in my tiny car, etc... These are very useful and can be used without a rack on your car too. simply open your doors, put the strap over your roof and through the car, cinch it tight, and close the doors.
