I picked one of these up last season and ended up spending the majority of the season wearing it. It's my first softshell and I definitely like the added freedom of movement that it brings. Out here in Salt Lake it repels any sort of precipitation on the mountain. I'm 6'2" with long arms and broad shoulders and got an XL and it fits just right: loose but not park steeze. It's too bad they didn't do the absinthe color again since that's what I got and it is bright neon green. Love it. Like radioactive gumby. Only thing I'd love is an external pocket that isn't part of the vents. I drop my phone down into the chest vent, but they're so deep that I have to dig around to get it out sometimes.
