Board is not "medium-soft" it is pretty friggin stiff if you ask me. Maybe I've ridden super soft boards or something, but I jumped on this and it was pretty stiff. I would probably rate it a 7/10 in stiffness. It is a cool board though and has some good pop from the stiffness of it. Fun board all around, not as forgiving as a reverse cambered board though.
