The bottom line is that this bag holds a lot of gear and it seems to have sufficient padding for ding protection. My board is 157 and I bought a 165cm bag because I thought I would want more room for gear storage. In hindsight I would go for the 157cm bag to try and reduce luggage costs on flights. I've never really needed a bag before because I've always lived a short drive from Kwood or S. Tahoe. Now I live in Bumfuck, USA so I sprung for a bag in case I need to bring it on a plane or drive 8 hours to CO. Hence, since I have no previous comparison, I rate this bag 4 stars. Word to the MFer. Pray for snow.
