Man up and wear a damn helmet.

I'll be honest, I resisted at first, buying and wearing this to appease my wife. Then I thought "don't be an idiot, wear a f-ing helmet." If you're going to protect your head this is a good tool for the job. It's comfortable and doesn't get too hot. I still feel a little like a bobblehead, but at least my dome is protected.
