Dogfunk Customer Service SUCKS

This is a very nice backpack. However, it does not fit my laptop (only MOST 17 inch laptops). So I tried to return it, as Dogfunk boasts such a supposedly great return policy. After several weeks with no response to my multiple emails, I guess I have to keep it. Like I said, it's really nice... just make sure you really want it before you order it through this lame company.
