broke the nose on my 2011/2012 berzerker landing in about 4 feet of powder. the durability of the board is bogus and when i went to ride for a warranty claim they told me to hit the road. the board had absolutely zero impact damage on it, clearly a manufacturing defect. i will never buy a rude board again and would like to warn everyone else about their crappy products and lack of customer service.
