Bullet Proof..

I don't have the most recent version but they don't appear to have changed much.. These pants are great, extremely durable and waterproof. No insulation really so I always wear thermals underneath. Note that the size chart is spot-on for these: I've got a 32" waist and 30" inseam and the size S fits well.
