I normally just wear leggings under my snowpants, but I decided to get these DC's anyway. At first I didn't think I would like them because they felt thin and cold, but I've used them in 10 degree riding weather and they kept me warm! Once it warmed up, they weren't too hot either. I normally wear medium bottoms and I got a size medium (I'm 5'6" 150lbs) and they fit great! Close to my body and not too big. They are pretty nice to lounge around in and I will probably use them running too.
