These skins work great. I think the grip is a lttle better than the G3 skins on the way up, but the only donwfall of them is that they don't have a tail clip.
I was out on a multi day trip and once the skins became wet they lost their stick. We were out camping and I had no opportunity to dry them as it was dumping outside. I ended up having to use duct tape to hold them on one afternoon. Once they were able to dry they worked great again. I think this could have been averted if they had a tail clip.
