I love these things. They are really comfortable and look cool. I got these and went up and there is a little extra somethin in the front that lifts your toe up so when you go to make a toe edge turn, it makes you turn faster. The front binding is made like a capstrap so when you strap your toe in first, it pushes your boot all the way back into the binding. You need to put it on your boot a certain way to do this though. You can also just through it on there quick, just right over the top too which is cool. They are made of aluminum too, and as I am a big guy, it makes me feel better about not breaking them like I feel using the plastic ones. I would use plastic ones and they would like make noises and they sounded like they were about to break into pieces. As it is, I over weight on my snowboard and these things seem to have no problem with my weight so for the Big guys these are great also. So... These bindings are Great and I'm thinking of buying another pair for my other board. I hope this helps you all on your purchase.
