I live in so cal, most of the time the lining is unnecessary. Even without the liner...I was riding in the snow with the jacket unzipped...i will still toasty as hell! Lots of convenient pockets, a very efficient snowskirt that keeps the snow out completely and an overall FLY-lookin jacket.
