I would go by reg size of your body for the size chart. Ex if you get lg for shirts, get large for gloves, or small shirts, get small gloves.
Really neat gloves, the liner comes out and neat features on not getting lost and tightening them up.
Havent had a chance to put the to the frezzing test.
