Strange cut but cool dress

This dress was designed for an anorexic 12 yr old with a huge chest. For the rest of us, definitely need to buy a size (or 2) bigger! I ordered the XS and it was too small for my butt, so I exchanged it for a small. The arms are tight (but not bad), and the back is a little baggy (if I had huge jugs it would fit great).
Aside from the strange fit, it's an awesome dress - I wear leggings under it because it is pretty short and I don't need to flash my biz around town.
