Inner Lace Lock broke 4th trip

Best boot I've owned but the Inner boot lace lock broke after the 4th trip out to tahoe. I wasn't even forcing it that much, I just like my boot tight. Nike doesnt have replacement piece of plastic for it... wondering if anyone has an extra or know where to get this part. I can put a picture up if that'll help. I can manually tie it but should not have to do that.

Boots this expensive should not break...
