Being an avid Billabong purchaser, I know their stuff can run just a little small. I got this skirt in a medium and its PERFECT! It fits pretty snug up top, but then flows away from your body at the knees which makes for a super flattering fit. I love this skirt and I have to make myself stop wearing it before my co-workers think it’s the only thing I own!
