We ordered a 9(she's an 8 1/2)and ended up exchanging for an 8! The service was incredible- so fast and easy that it was better than going to the mall(and I LOVE going to the mall)!!! I placed a second order (for skate shoes) and service was just as great! The shipping was the fastest of anyone we've ever ordered from on the internet. They even have great phone support and e-mail support!
