Yes they are only $30, noth that cheap, but have a tinny and lifeless sound.
The on cable controller is handy, don't have to take your ipod/iphone out of your pocket.
The silicone bits (that stick into your ear) are not the best sizes. The smalls are very small and the standard ones are quite large.
They do come out of your ear with little effort.
If you need a sports type earphone, grab one with a hook at the top
