Very stiff boots! It took me a good two days to figure out the lacing system. If I pulled too tight my feet fell asleep too loose my heel lifted. I am almost certain a few more days and they will be fitting perfect. The lacing system is very easy to use once you figure out the perfect setting. The boot is a little heavy than others I have owned, but the support and cushion makes up for that. Like I mentioned earlier; very very stiff.
