Poor customer service, poorly made boots

Bought these rode them 1 time and they leaked at the toes, returned them to dogFunk which was easy as it gets. I purchased those bc I had a pair of 2010 DC judge that were ridden less than 30 times, and those leaked too. To top it all off I call DC about my 2010's ,after waiting roughly 2 months and calling them 50 times I received a reply, was sorry about ur luck but here is a coupon for 50% off but it expires in June. Um well I'm calling about snowboard boots, so that does nothing to help me. I'm not a DC hater I own tons of clothes and shoes of theirs, i just can't believe how poorly they treat their customers. Don't make the same mistake I did
