Quality Control Problems
I bought the I/OS last month for my wife. The first goggle arrived with a big scratch on the lens around where the nose bridge sits. The RMA was quick, but the replacement now has problems of its own. After a 7-day trip to Whistler, the "bottom" edge of the strap connected to the triangular frame clip is sagging on each side. The goggle is paired with a small Variant helmet, so it's not like the strap was stretched by a gorilla. One of the tension buckles also popped out twice while fitting. So I secured it with tape to make sure it didn't get lost on the slopes.
The goggle is going back for a refund. It's a shame really because my wife loves the fit and lens of the I/OS.
