"L" seems more like an "XL" in this style, and it's definitely not a "Slim" fit. For a guy who usually wears a Large, I had to return. The shirt was huge in the shoulders and waist. It's a shame there aren't any Mediums for sale, it's very well made and a tighter fit would have looked great.
