Worst pants I've ever owned

I bought these pants 3 weeks ago expecting them to be awesome, I mean they're $140 pants, right? Wrong. I have to wear like 4 layers of thermals underneath them to be warm at all, and after 1 1/2 hours of skiing in not particularly wet snow they were soaked through and I was freezing. I would not recommend these pants to ANYBODY, I wouldn't curse my worst enemy with these pants.

And then, when I called their RMA warranty number they told me that there was an extremely slim chance that it would be covered and they wouldn't return them. I won't be buying foursquare pants ever again.
