agree with the heel lift
I tried on the 2010 DC Mora's for size at Sport Chalet and could not believe how little heel lift there was. I ran home and bought the 2009 right away (since they were on sale). When I got them however, I realized that it was a completely different boot. The lining was made of a different material, and because there is an air bladder (that does not seem to work on my boots) there are a bunch of pressure points that really stress out my feet on the mountain. Also, I tested the boots at home and my heels were lifting, even though the exact same size in the 2010 model gave me zero heel lift.
Overall, I like the BOA system, but that is probably the only thing I like about this boot. I also have to adjust my bindings because this boot is so short.
