I wear small in helmets and most one size fits all hats are a little big on me. This beanie fits me perfect! It has some stretch to it, which works out for me cuz I don't need the stretch really so It fits great. Warm and awesome. I wouldn't really snowboard with it on though, as you can see in the photos the stitch has some holes that let cold air at high speeds through
