wrong specs

I bought this jacket without reading the tags--I thought what was on this website was correct. I loved the jacket (though the wrist gaiters pulled a bit when I strapped in)... but it is NOT 20/15... this jacket is 5/5.
I was freezing and wondered what was going on... end of the day I looked inside the jacket and it clearly reads 5/5.
