Easy to use, comfortable harness. Unless you're a professional, I can't imagine using another beacon. |

Nice pack

I loved the size of this pack. It has plenty of room for a day trip, yet compresses nicely, (almost flat) with included straps for days when you're only taking a quick OB run. Ski carry system (A) works well. I added another strap for carrying diagonally when the hike was too short to justify setting up the A rig. Hydration system worked well and never froze even in one -14 day. As listed in the description it is probably best suited for M-L size frame. I'm probably a bit too tall (6' 2") for an ideal fit, but I never really had a problem. Great pack! |

I don't get it

I really wanted to like these skis but found myself very disappointed. Skied the 185s for two days in and OB at Jackson. In my 6' 2" 200 lbs opinion, they were great in slightly wind crusted powder but there was really nothing there in other kinds of snow. The ski doesn't really carve, they just seem to go where you point them. I see quite a few of these on the mountain, so clearly somebody likes them. Every large aggressive skier I've spoken to, including myself, felt there wasn't much to these skis. I bought the AK Launchers and love them. |
