Good for general broing around
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
I got these for my husband to wear while relaxing in the hot tub time machine. He didn't want to wear his nice sunglasses and risk the chlorine ruining them, and these are a great alternative. They fit well, seem pretty solid, and don't cost a ton.

These are great glasses for the price. I have put my though hell this summer and they are still holding their own. Definitely not 100.00 Oakleys but who wants to loose those at the bottom of Lake Powell?
Great shades AWFUL customer service
So I was looking for shades that were cheap but still stylish. Found these and saw the rasta ones are described as having the red chrome lens but the picture shows a standard black lens. I figure that it can't hurt to ask so I go on the live chat and talk to Nate Blouin who tells me that the glasses are in the warehouse but he will send me an email once he finds out. This is excellent customer service! So I get the email and he informs me that the lenses are in fact red chrome as listed and not black as pictured. Perfect! To most people who frequent this site it is understood that style is important in skate/ski/surf/every gd culture so if I wanted the red chrome lens and not the lame black one that will totally affect my purchase. I buy them, and guess what? Black lenses! WTF mate, seriously. I then send Nate an email back describing my displeasure with this as if I want to return them I will have to pay shipping. No reply. Don't know if he thought that once I got them I wouldn't take the time or money to do it but I am going to return them and NEVER buy from DF again! Lies, seriously.
Great birthday gift for my sister... she loves it. nice colors. nice low budget gift.
Yes, the Dot Dash Poseur Sunglasses are a step above those $5 to $15 shades you find at gas stations, but it feels like they should be worth $40 - $60. The 70s style of the frame is sweet looking and durable while the lenses (I have the Black/Rasta version) block out more light than one would first expect.
Unfortunately, the lenses aren't super awesome, but that's not exactly what you expect when you pay this much for them. In fact, my only complaint is that there ISN'T a polarized version of these out there.
These are great grab-and-go party shades. Great fit and killer colors. Love em.
