It's hard to imagine how we viewed the mountain before the Electric EG2 goggle. Were we all squinting? Since its inception, the EG2 has a pure and simple goalreduce the frame size, increase vision to HD status, and do it all with obscene amounts of style.
Oversized dual-layer spherical polycarbonate lens provides unrestricted vision in all directions with the resiliency to withstand impacts
Anti-reflective technology reduces fatigue caused from reflective glare
Super anti-fog and anti-scratch hard coating keeps vision clear and prolongs the life of the lens
Mold-injected thermo-plastic urethane frame remains flexible in cold weather and fits over any face type
Contoured triple-layer face foam conforms to your face and wicks moisture to bring comfort to your sensitive mug
43mm strap with adjuster dials in the proper fit as quick as you can say 'EG2'
Helmet-compatible design sits flush with most helmet types and can be run with the strap over or under the shell
These goggles are sick.. i bought the blood orange colorway and i'm loving them. they fit perfectly and are pretty big, just the way i like it. best goggles out on the market...

Ladies and gentlemen, you are looking at one damn sweet pair of goggles.
Fit-wise, these babies are without a doubt, WAY too big for anyone who could describe their head/face as "smaller". But, if you rock a medium to large dome, these will fit you just fine. Another thing you might notice (or rather, NOT notice) when you're wearing them is the frame. You pretty much can't see it when you've got them on.
You can wear them with a helmet, as long as you wear the strap outside. I wouldn't recommend wearing them underneath, jib-kid style -- they might be uncomfortable because of the raised rubber thing on the straps, not to mention the size of the lenses. A pair similar to these that fits straps-under is the VZ Feenom.
Nonetheless, since I have a big head/face structure and wear goggles outside of my helmet, these are awesome.
These are the first pair of goggles I have ever owned so I don't have anything to compare them to. That being said I do love these goggles! Great field of vision and they look killer. I would buy these again.
I wear medium size frame glasses and have had a hard time finding goggles that fit. These fit great without hitting my glasses and fit under my helmet that has a brim. Great peripheral vision. Best goggles I've ever owned.
I love these goggles. The best vision out of any goggle I have tried on. You will need a bigger head for these to fit better. The smaller faces will feel like there is a bit of goggle sag, for those peeps check the EG2.5. These lenses are great in terms of durability. I have a pair from a couple years back and I have a few tiny scratches. There has been several times where I have thought to my self after I hit a branch or something like that only to find it didn't actually scratch.
These reviews weren't lying when they said you basically can't see the frame on the sides of these goggles. I have a big head/face and I hated wearing regular sized goggles when I went to Hidden Valley two weeks ago. So I saw these and read about them so I said why not. I bought these with the super sale (and am a huge fan of Electric, already have 3 sunglasses and a backpack) and tried them on. These goggles are too nice! Can't wait to use them on the slopes!
EG2's will literally make your life better. Five years ago we hit the snow market with these "Massive Goggles". The early adopters could tell you this was no gimmic. Best performing goggle they had ever owned with the most field of vision they had ever seen. This might not solve your horrible eyesight(contacts will) but it will sure give you a front row seat to those amazing pow turns! Hands down the best spherical goggle I have owned. If its still too big for you give its little brother a try, the EG2.5
I have never owned a pair of goggles that I'd actually wear. I preferred riding without any goggles whenever possible until I tried these out. They have a great field of vision and I don't feel like they cut off my peripheral vision at all. Overall I'm super satisfied with them. I'd definitely buy these again.
There are a few different options for you. You are looking for a lens that allows around or over 50% of light transmission. Take a look at the sizing chart for this goggle to make a decision http://www.dogfunk.com/dogfunk/sizingchart.html?sizing_id=1071&sku=ELC0649&pg_id=40&subcat_id=100000021&cat_id=7
But I just felt like they protruded a bit more than I would have liked. I'm fully aware they're an oversized goggle, but that's just my preference. They did their job well though, I'll tell you that much. So well that, even though I ride some VZ Fishbows, I'd say if you're set on these ones, you should get them. You wont be disappointed if you're considering the EG2
These goggles look mad steezy, but you can tell that from the pictures so I won't harp on about it.
I have ridden 5 days with these and I have zero complaints so far. They have a really good field of vision and no distortion. I have an XL pro-tec classic helmet and these goggles fit very well over that massive bucket...none of the dreaded "gape"!
I have only had problems with fogging when breathing directly up into the vents. (This happens to me with all goggles, and the EG2's are always very quick to de-fog afterwards.)
Also, these goggles are still in brand new condition, whereas most of my equipment tends to get wrecked pretty quickly. After a few faceplants the lenses don't show any scratches.
I'd say these goggles are easily worth the sticker price. I picked them up on whiskey militia for $60, which is downright theft.
EG2s are so bad that I own two of them and three lenses. They are so comfy and huge... I love it! Peripheral vision so wide that I don't have to turn my head that much. If you are planning to get new goggles definitely give ones a try!
