Little disapointment

I bought the sweater for my wife as a present a few weeks ago. The garment it´s very nice from the first look.
Unfortunately the cut it´s not even, we even found a couple of tiny riped parts on the sweater. It´s very disapointment that the people at the shipping dept. didn´t take the time to inspect the garment before shippment.
Usually we will send the piece back right away for replacement, but we are in Germany and the hustle to shiped back and so on its´too great.
Some times cheap it´s expensive
