You should be fine getting these to Canada. Also, look for some new websites in 2010. Dogfunk.com will be opening a full Canadian site early in the year. Tell your friends.
The Element Topaz ran a little big for me. Actually about a full size big but I wear a smaller size and have really narrow feet. If you have wider feet order the 12, but if your feet are narrow I would order 11 or 11.5.

The Element Topaz runs slim and is about one half to a full size big. I would size down if you have a slimmer foot and buy true to size for a wider foot.
