Emerica Hsu Skate Shoe - Men's

The break in period was very short, they were skating like i owned them for atleast a week of constant wear. although the shoes didnt last longer then 2 weeks of skating, i really liked them and would buy them again.

Man i love these shoes! the are the most comfy shoe i have every worn... I am the only skater in my school, so most of them dont get it and hate it. They say the colors mess everything up. I dont think so. Havent skated em cause its snowing outside and dont have a indoor park. Im sure its sick! i got the blue/brown/yellow looks sweet, feels good!

The Emerica Hsu is nothing more than what it promises to be. Classic mid top skate shoes with good ankle coverage. Nice long toe box with lace guard on the ollie pads. Super comfortable and allows good feel between foot and board.

They are crazy awesome. Great Grip,style colorways. The new red colorway is awesome. THey break in fast, comfertable, true to size. They last forever.

This is the only pair of shoes I skate; I refuse to skate anything else because not only is the feel amazing on these shoes, but its a good blend of support, feel, durability, and weight. I have skated most brands and almost all emericas, but these last above average because of the double stitched toe-cap but still had the close feel because they are slim fitting to the foot and comfortable. Last about 2-3 months of daily skating which is pretty good, at least in my experience (i've had lakai's and es's last for less than a month and fallens for almost 4 months). They also have a decently thick sole, even though it wears through pretty quick. Overall, best combination of shoe there is to offer without sacrificing at least one attribute.

these are the coolest shoes i have owned. mine are yelo and blu and marroon and they are so comfy and cool. i get comliments all the time. BUY THEM they are sick AND great for longboarding. almost too grippy for longboarding haha, these would be great for skating tho.

So i got these shoes, paid full price for them; something like 60$ and loved them. The Purple really pops when you put on some accent Laces. They are outrageously comfortable and great to skate it with all the protection you could need.... My only qualm with these fly kicks is that the Sole for someone who skates (Everyday) wears through very quickly... I go through a pair of shoes in about 3 months... regardless of the brand :/ Thats the only downside keeping it from the 5 star rating.

I got these ones (http://emerica.com/shoes/hsu-12/grey/), and the material is different from those offered on DogFunk. It's more of a canvas-like material that showed wear within an hour of using. I'm a bigger guy, so as a result probably kick/drag my feet harder on the griptape, so that may be a factor here, but I was not very satisfied with the durability of these shoes. Maybe if I had some Shoe Goo and started patching the holes when they were still small this wouldn't have been an issue. Oh well, we learn new things everyday.

They are really comfortable though, and provide great ankle support without being too bulky, so for that reason I have to give them 4 stars.

The Hsu mids are badass. theyre comfortable durable and dont look too bad either. im bout to buy the black and brown ones after i post this

i had these shoes for 2 months and then they where already screwed up. I had hole in them and the soul got holes in them aswell.

I don't do any skating in this shoe, just casual wear. Very comfortable, stylin steez.

What impressed me most about these Hsus was the footbed. It was way more comfy and padded than most footbeds that come with skate shoes.

Overall good style

Sizewise, I sized down .5, as I do with all Vulk sole skeakers and it was worth it. In cup soles (nike dunk etc), I wear a 10 and I got these in a 9.5. Woo
