I always run socks in these bad boys. Go sockless for one too many hot days and these will be too ripe to wear.

Got my Winos today and I couldn't be happier with them. The insole is super comfy, and this shoe is really lightweight, it's super thin and not a lot of padding really. The sole is really flexible so it's just generally a super comfy shoe. I wouldn't skate in them though because the material is so thin i think they would definitely rip fast. I got them in a 9.5 and the shoe is about 11.5 inches from heel to toe.

These shoes are comfortable enough (a bit hard as they are so low profile), they feel quality and they fit really nicely with moderately skinny jeans (like some matix miners). My only problems is finding shoe laces that fit them, since they only have 4 holes on either side these is a lot of excess meaning you'll either have to have it all flopping around on top, or tuck it in under your foot which is uncomfortable.

problem there or just burn the ends with a lighter and the ends with melt thats what i do :)

The Emerica Wino will fit different than the Chukka Low but you will still want to buy the same size you wear in any other shoe. The reason the fit will be different is due to the make of the shoe. It will feel different.

stick with a 12. Emericas have a decent fit. Besides if you cop em and they just don't feel right, send em back, no questions asked.

Go ahead and get the size 12 in the Emerica Wino. They fit pretty true to size and if it doesn't fit, send them back.
