eS Edward Skate Shoe - Men's - 2009

Pro skater Danny Garcia designed and tested the eS Edward Skate Shoes, giving them a slim, old-school shape and premium suede uppers. The thin tongue, non-existent padding, and vulcanized construction deliver a level of board feel you forgot existed, reminding you that it’s possible (and fun) to skate without pillows on your feet. Molded PU footbeds keep support and shock absorption intact, and the solid colorways show signs of skater sophistication.

Bottom Line: Get the skinny on skate shoes.

The Edward doesn't have a removable insole. It's glued in.

This shoe surprises me every time I put it on. For being such a low profile shoe, the soles are wicked cush. Its hard these days to find a good vulc sole with a balance between board feel and support, but the Edward has both. This is one of my go-to's whenever I go skate. You won't be disappointed. Trust me.

But don't just take my word for it. Check out Krooked's "Krook3d" and watch Mike Anderson wear these bad boys the whole way through.
