eS First Blood Skate Shoe - Men's - 2009
Named after a Rambo movie, the eS Men’s First Blood Skate Shoe doesn’t take prisoners. The System G2 heel cushioning is ready for chain link fence hopping and stair sets. The single piece suede toe cap makes this shoe durable enough for days and days of flip trick madness, without the worry of blowing a seam. I guess you just need to learn how to skateboard now.
Bottom Line: Rambo doesn’t take names, and neither does this shoe.

The First bloods are my favorite Low Profile shoe out by eS', There super gripping, easy to break in, and last a lot longer then any other Low Profile shoe i have seen on the market.
Does this fit true to size or should I get half a size small

I agree with Shredwise. Buy the eS First Blood true to size. Even though it looks slimmed down there is still a good amount of padding around the heal that gives them a true to size fit.
