These binding are stiff as hell! Seem to be awesome quality. I picked these up end of season on the cheap so I haven't tried them yet.

I have been riding with flow bindings for over
3 years and these bindings are the only ones
that I will use due to my weight and how hard
I push my board through the course and pow!
Once you get used to using Flow it's hard to
use anything else!!
