warning dont buy these bindings

these are the worst pair of bindings I've ever owned. I had these for one day take them outside and the screws start falling apart. when I asked for a refund the guy from flow pretty much told me to f off. not very happy. If you like the design go for gnu. hell of a lot better. or go for unions or flux bindings. have a pair of union flites and titans, will not let you down.

I've been using flow bindinns for about 7 years - always had normal - 158 - boards. I ride duck at -20 , +20 & the bindings fit well on the board. I'm a size 8 shoe, if you're any bigger, you might want to try before you buy...
