It just may even do the thinking for you, which is probably an improvement.
- Easy-entry reclining highback allows you to quickly step into your binding without having to park your butt in the wet snow
- A single I-Flex PowerStrap distributes pressure over a wider area of your foot for more board feel and maximum power with less cramping and discomfort
- Power Triangle directly links highback to center of baseplate, cutting weight while increasing responsiveness
- Synchronous Length Adjustment (SLA) provides easy adjustment of the baseplate length for ideal boot compatibility
- Free+ allows tool-less forward-lean adjustment without having to step out of the binding

Love Flow bindings!
People said that they did not respond as well as "regular strap in bindings" but these respond just as well or better than any other bindings I have had. If you like to get in and out of your board really really quick I would definitely get these!
I've owned Flows for about 5 years and when i thought that I was in love with them I went all out and bought the best one on the market. Next day I strap these babys on get them tightened up and everything go off one drop and a little screw pops of and my entire support is blown. and it just got worse i swear every ride I almost lost a screw and thats if I was lucky. I finnaly went out and just bought a pair of union flites which came with a life time warranty and are amazing (720 are so easy). dont waste your money on this product its junk.
Been using the original Flow sets from way back in the day and they were getting weak. So I thought I'd shoot for the newest Flow line-up and heavens, they are amazing.
Upon first use, the sheer amount of adjustability actually had me frustrated because I had to stop into the lodge and make them perfect. But after, they were solid, responsive, quick and easy, not to mention a gorgeous pair on the slopes.
These bindings are great I was using an old dub bi-strap xl. They were killing my feet and I decided to look at flow because I have always been interested in the design and ease of the slip it and clip it design. I was still nervous about getting them because i like a stiff binding and to have it tight for alot of control and responsiveness.
One: I would like to say that I was incredibly worried that the setup would be impossible, Lo and behold it took and hour and a few screwdrivers to figure out the proper setup for my size 13 burton and there is no rubber getting rubbed off of the back and no damage to the boot. I got it fitting perfect. It is INCREDIBLY customizable you can tune it to anyones preference.. so nice.
Two: I LOVE the slip on design, it takes some getting used to but it is so much faster and so much more comfortable. No pressure points and has plenty of control! Nice foam padding underneath the binding deadens most/all vibrations coming from the board and the padding on the binding makes landing jumps nice and comfortable.
Three: If you have wide boots dont you worry the 13s of mine are quite large and there is plenty of room on both sides at the base of the binding. That tells me that they are compatible with very wide boots. (I have the xL bindings if i didn't mention it before)
Four: Aluminum EVERYTHING. These are much lighter than my old dub bindings (all plastic, thick). I do not have a scale but I can feel a large difference when handling them.
Five: Im not personally rich, normally I wouldn't have bought these at 350, but I am lucky I got them on a christmas deal and a little cheaper because a little paint was scraped off the side so I got a great deal. If you have the money or are pretty lucky GO FOR IT!
Summarized... these are incredible bindings period.
Riding for over 15 years and have a ton of experience inside the SB industry!
**These are the best bindings I have owned from Flow since they first hammered out the original clunkers back in the day, dude...these bindings are sinful on the snow; like eye-balling your HOT and Naughty blond cousin while she's durty dancing!
Is this for men's or womens? I am a size...
Is this for men's or womens? I am a size 7 in womens will this work?
Men's. The womens' equivalent is something like the Minx-SE...or something. I honestly see no reason why a Medium of these shouldn't work for you though. (Unless you have a pair of those freakishly woman feet shaped like dragon's talons - true story.)
Flow NXT-FSE ... FTW!!!
These bindings not only look amazing but have just a ridiculous amount of adjustability. Making for a great solid reasureing fit, with of of the easiest and fastest binding entry and exit.
