Flux DMCC-Light Snowboard Binding - 2012
Call it high-end freestyle. Call it your favorite freeride binding with a freestyle makeover. Call it the Flux DMCC-Light Snowboard Binding. The DMCC-Light takes the technology baseplate of the DMCC and adds a park-friendly Ultima FS highback and redesigned forward lean to enable you to take your fierce freestyle trickery in the trees, over cliffs, off booters, and maybe even back to the park at the end of the day.
- Ultima FS highback brings a freestyle-focused and soft-flexing material to a mold that hugs your boot and can be put to the test in any terrain
- Super Tough Nylon Plus material used in the highback helps to dampen vibrations and is light and responsive for freeriding
- Alpha baseplate is milled out for a lighter weight and features a high sidewall for foot retention and power initiation
- Super Carbon Blend 15 material is made from lightweight and soft-flexing blend of nylon and fiberglass and is then infused with 15% carbon for extra response and snap
- Hybrid footbed uses an anatomically shaped full-length design with dual-density EVA material that's mapped out for comfort, rebound, and support in areas where you need them most
- Flat baseplate with rockered edges give you solid board feel without the board-breaking pressure of square edges
- Toe strap can be run as an over-the-top traditional strap or around the front of your boot's toe box
- Absolute Fit strap is curved for comfort and response and is cored-out for weight reduction and reinforced for strength
- Alpha ratchet buckle offers the same solid hold and features a new increased angle for glove-friendly usage
- Titanium hardware helps to drop weight and add strength
Bottom Line: The future called, they want their bindings back.
