As Forum's highest-end binding, the Forum Arena Snowboard Binding gives aggressive riders a precise fit, plenty of adjustability, and hair-trigger response. How Forum accomplished all this while minimizing weight, we’ll never know. Maybe it has something to do with the asymmetrical Living Hinge Highback, which incorporates an ergonomic fit to give you lots of support without taking up much space. Then again, perhaps the combination of the Platform System’s nylon/fiberglass baseplate and aluminum heelframe gives the Arena its low-profile-yet-responsive design. Whatever. We don’t really care. All’s we know is that with the dampening of the baseplate’s EVA foam and F Gel and the plush comfort of the around-the-toe Throwdown strap, these are some crazy comfortable high performance bindings.

I bought the Forum Arenas for my new board as I wanted to replace my old Ride SPI bindings. When I first pulled these out of the box they felt a little heavy and seemed a little flimsy. I was afraid the high back was going to snap off on a jump. However after over 2 months of use they have held up amazingly well. The Arena bindings are highly adjustable making them easy to adapt to any boot. They are also stiff with the toe cap keeping your boot snug to the binding adding to the responsiveness. The padded ankle straps and binding plates both add to the comfort and definitely helps reduce foot fatigue. If you are looking for a high end binding without having to break the bank, the Arena is the way to go. Oh yeah your dogs will thank you at the end of the day.
