Description

We can't promise you won't get burned.

Hey there, big boy—the Forum Contract Snowboard wants you to take it for a ride. With beefed-up Bad Ass construction designed to handle all your kinky street pleasures from rusted-out rails to grimy cement ledges, you'll have a tough time leaving marks. But no kissing or cuddling—that costs extra.
  • Pop Camber profile gives you extra surface area just inside the nose/tail for more ollie leverage, and easier balance during press tricks
  • Camber also locks into slides on rails easier, and offers the most reliable pop and landings out of all board profiles
  • BadAss core, fiberglass, and edges are designed to stand up to the abuse of street features
  • Three-degree edge bevel means no detuning necessary—mount it up and head straight for the nearest kinked rail
  • Graphics feature actual, ahem, 'escorts' from Reno, NV (they're really just hookers)

Fully understand this is a park board, how does it ride on the rest of the mountain?

Responded on

In my opinion "pop camber" is the best all mountain board. With camber in general ,once you have reach a cruising speed in the powder it will plane and help you stay on top. Most of our pros ride this tech. Throughout the mountain you can always find objects to ollie over, and this board will help you soar over any obstacle.
have fun out there!

How is this board on jumps and just all around riding?

Responded on

Hey Jason,

This is not a good board for jumps. Small 20-30 footer it would do okay but anything larger would not be recommended. It is meant to be a jib board. All around riding is fine but wont hold an edge very well and isnt super stable at high speeds.

Second Times the Charm

I've bought this board two years in a row,(2011 and 2012 models)and love it more this year than last. I think that nothing can replace the feeling of a camber board. The conflict is easy to press, poppy, and super durable. Although not the lightest of the forum boards, it has a low swing weight still and the pop and durability will make you forget its carrying a few extra ounces.

love the board it has a ton of pop more than my capita horrorscope fk and my stepchild joe sexton board. i would barley even pop and im gaping to the down on a frames with ease. fast board pretty nice flex i would say it is alittle stiffer than a 3. i hit a 40ft kicker with this board today haha and it held up perfectly. really nice board for the $.. we live forum!

How good doe ti perform with powder. I know its not deigned for that but if i wanted to ride that would it hold its own.

I think you would be fighting this board in the deep stuff, I mean it will do fine on a fresh dusting at the park, but I wouldnt venture out of bounds or anywhere that would have deeper snow. Obviously you can take any stick out in the powder if you are skilled enough and are willing to constantly be fighting to stay afloat, but this board isnt going to fare well.
