Forum Contract Snowboard

If your idea of a great day of snowboarding involves setting up a drop-in, shoveling a lip, and sessioning a rail for hours under cover of darkness, then the Forum Contract Snowboard was made for you. Bad Ass construction features a beefed-up core, edges, and fiberglass so it can handle all the abuse you can throw at it, all without adding weight or sacrificing flex. Forum also threw in a two-year warranty just to prove how seriously they stand behind the bomber construction of the Contract.

  • Pop Camber has a reduced camber height and increased surface area just outside the bindings for more pop and better presses
  • Bad Ass Glass is 20% stronger than other types of fiberglass so it can withstand life on the streets
  • Bad Ass Beveled Edges are pre-filed and extra-beefy to endure the abuse of hitting rails
  • Bad Ass Core is meant to take a beating on the streets with beefed-up sections underfoot for durability where you need it
  • True Twin shape for dialing in switch tricks
  • 0-60 Base is designed for maximum acceleration from the drop-in to the rail and is tough enough to resist damage from stairs, rails, and ledges

Bottom Line: Street dreams are made of these.

SOOO MUCH POP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BWAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH:)
But seriously though, for a small board (152) it handles anything I throw at it. I crave speed, but I also crave that perfect pop, so it suits me nicely. Backcountry powder is a different story. But hey, its whatever yo.

I know this board is pretty soft as a 3, but will it be able to handle jumps too?

The positive camber will help that out for sure. I'd say it will be great for small and medium jumps and ever some bigger ones - that has a lot to do with someone's jumping ability too. If you plan on hitting huge jumps you may want to look into something a little stiffer for stability.

Short and stocky.
Forum realized that not everybody could afford to take their only board into the streets and risk ripping it apart on the concrete. Their answer was simple, make it strong then stand behind it with a 2-year warranty. Combined with pop camber to reduce the overall length, the added surface area between the bindings and the over flex rating of a 3 equals a more confident press meaning stomping bolts when it counts! Oh yeah, lets not forget, they also added 0-to-60 base so you can make the most of that short in-run you created.

A flex rating of 3 is pretty soft. I think you'll be able to press and butter easily.

ATTENTION

By:

This board will give you all the attention in the streets to fit your needs. One of the best boards to give you that all around pop, if that rail you're hitting is a bit too high. Exactly how it says in the description up there for the pop surface outside your binders will give you that UUUMMMMMFFFFF!
