My co-worker is about 5'7" 165 lbs and rode this last week. He has a size 9 boot, He couldn't stop taking about them. The 15% fiberglass keeps the binding stiff where it needs to be, and soft to allow you to get down in the park. Good for both girls and guys. Light, flexible binding keeps the good times rolling.

This binding is a great women's binding. It has a great toe cap that is super durable, the ankle strap is really comfortable. The high-back is low cut so there will be no discomfort around your calf. It will fit any boots as long as you get the right size binding. Smalls fit boot sizes 4-8 and Medium fit boots sizes 8+. You will be stoked on these for sure.

Amazing bindings

I bought those bindings to replace the Flow Minx I previously owned, and I had a blast!
I was afraid the toe cap wouldn't fit well my boots (Vans Kira - they are pretty wide), but it has been great. I had to tighten it a couple times after a few minutes because the cap was going away, but after finding the right setup, I had no problem whatsoever.

Those bindings are super comfy, extremely customizable (I love the possibility to rotate the highback), and very responsive. I took my board in the powder, in the park, and I was super confident in trying new tricks.

Overall great!

How do the Journals compare to the Keepers? I am looking for some "not too stiff" bindings for my Spinster chillydog.

The journal is not too stiff. The ankle straps are great, well worth the price upgrade. You will not be sad with these bindings.

I have a hard time findings bindings that are comfortable and won't kill my feet... these bindings are amazing!! The ankle strap is super cushy, and the toe strap fit over my boot pretty well (32 Lashed). Soft and responsive, I had so much fun snowboarding all over the mountain with these things.
