Forum Manual ChillyDog Snowboard - 2011

Forum asks that you unwrap and read the new Manual ChillyDog Snowboard carefully before riding. If it takes you more than 20 seconds to realize that the Manual was made for slapping boxes and launching off lips, then we suggest you mount those bindings and start pressing the extra buttery nose and tail immediately.

  • ChillyDog with Pop profile blends all the stability and forgiving feel of Forum’s continuous rocker with the added boost of Pop zones just outside of your stance
  • Popular core features only lightweight and vertically laminated poplar strands for a soft, consistent flex
  • Biaxial laminates crisscross at 90-degree angles to give you a silky-smooth and forgiving flex
  • Beveled edges show up pre-tuned to satisfy your buttery-box and pole-love-making cravings
  • Freebase material holds wax and resists damage from everyday shredding on rails, boxes, and icy snow

Bottom Line: Prepare to make a mess all over yourself as soon as you feel the ChillyDog.

It's an OKay board

By:
March 28, 2012

Board is fun if you and/or your friends just like to mess around up on the slopes. But once you guys hit those black diamonds, be ready to be left behind. And if its icy.. forgetttabout. Super unstable on ice.

It's a park board, it's not designed for mountain riding on the reg. And from what you're talking about, it sounds like you're someone who shouldn't be riding this board. Next time do more research before you buy a board.

For sure! Since it is soft and rockered it wont be as aggressive of a ride as some baord, but if you like a more squishy playful ride this board will be perfect. If park is your main concern this board will be great for you and you'll be able to ride it pretty much anywhere. If you're more of a charger then you might want to look at a more aggressive ride.
