Forum Recon Snowboard Binding - Men's - 2008

Buckle up the Forum Men’s Recon Snowboard Binding and make moves in the park. This flexible freestyle binding features a customizable toe strap, a rotatable lightweight highback, and impact-dampening EVA in the baseplate and highback. You won’t have to use a tool to adjust your highback with lots of forward lean like the pros, and the same goes for the the No Crap toe strap when you want to adjust it to fit over your boot’s toe box to get the Baltimore-style feel. Forum’s Misty ankle strap anatomically fits to the contours of your boot and features compression-molded EVA for comfort and to dampen vibrations.

Bottom Line: Scout the mountain’s best feature and hit it all day in the security of the Forum Recon Snowboard Binding.

good binding

This binding is good overall for the cheaper price. The toe caps seemed cheap but when theyre tight they seem durable. The nit picks are that the toe strap ratchet slips sometimes when you are tightening it, especially when filled with snow.

got these for 50 bucks off brociety but wasnt worth the money. the back latches on both bindings broke off within in 2 runs. i bought them based on the other reviews here but didnt get what i expected. id rather invest another 100 for some bindings thatll last me more than half a season. my friend also bought forum lien bindings. his had the same problems. dont buy forum. stick with burton.

Amazing bindings for the price. You wont be disappointed. Toe cap or strap option, which i really didn't think id find on these at this price. the black has alot of subtle details i really like. the latches appear gold on the picture from my computer but are more of a shiny gunmetal black in real life. they have a very clean look, and are built substantially. I would recommended to anyone looking for a good park binding for cheap. easy to adjust, easy to strap, easy to ride. A really good binding thats flying under the radar this year.

only reason i gave it a 4 is because the padding on the straps is fairly thin, but what do you expect?? there so inexpensive.

for the price definitely a 5 out of 5 but compared to some of the upper level bindings id give it a 4.

Inexpensive at least! They Look pretty good and they ride tight....but i've already had pieces break off of them!
But it is cheaper than anything else out there....other than some chipped plastic it still rides fine!

Got them on brociety for $50. good deal for that price, i dunno about paying full though. They arent bad they are just definitely low on the forum binding totem pole. The toe caps are great though, they looked skimpy but have a flexy material that forms to your boot

Cheap bindings.

Cheap binding in both price and quality. Great for beginers for a cheap entry level package but not the best for all mountain freestyle or big boy riding. They are not that great of a binding. Anyone who tells you they are the best, has clearly not been on a mid-level or upper-level binding and thus dosent know any better.

Lookin Solid

By:

Just picked up these bindings off brociety for a nice nice inexpensive price. The bindings look killer in white/blue or black. I'm stoked to take these on the mountains. I got the Large size and have a 13 size foot and they don't look like they'll cause any problems. Heard nothing but good things so they should be solid!

good stuff

I rode these bindings toward the end of last season and plan to ride them this year, I've used better but definitely good quality for the price. I think the strap has good enough padding for what it is. They adjust easily. I do not like the toe cap option, it doesn't feel secure enough to me, but it's perfect when worn regular.

The bindings are very solid, good flex and are monsters on the terrain park. Great bindings for the price, I highly reccomend these to anyone running on a tight budget and doesn't want to skimp on quality.
