  • Adjustable base plate allows you to fine-tune the fit of your binding to perfectly match the shape of your boot
  • Adjustable full-length EVA pad sucks up nasty hits so your feet don’t have to suffer as much for your mistakes—Heel Real Wrap Highback padding skyrockets the overall cush factor
  • Bubbler ankle strap utilizes thick padding and a 3D spine to keep your boots in place and put a cushed-out smile on your face
  • Half-cap strap functions as a tight toe cap or old-school over-the-top strap so you can decide which you like better

Pretty Good

I haven't had any problems yet with these bindings. They look pretty cool and the price isn't too bad.

first time riding? your a recon!

By:
March 12, 2012

Hey all you first timers out there, the recon is a simple binding not made for heavy park rats or dare devils going off cliffs this binding is mad for the first time riders who just wanna ride and have fun, forum mulitidisk helps you pick either a 2,3, or 4 hole patern and adjust to the burtons channels. this binding is sick and cheap so if your looking to just have fun out there and ride the recon is your choice binding!

Trash

By:
January 7, 2012

Got out to Japan and the airlines lost my bags. Had to buy bindings and boots on the fly. Bought the Forum Recons thinking they would get me through a few days until my bags were found. Within an hour my toestrap fell off, payed 3000Y to have it replaced. Two hours later the buckle broke in half. Another replacement. The next day the baseplate completely snapped in half. I wasn't even hitting the park yet. This was all pow play. I wrote Forum customer support to see about getting some replacement parts and they just keep handing me off to different reps. I tried working with an American rep but he passed me to the Japanese rep. Didn't speak English very well and was across the country. American rep still wouldn't do anything for me. Warranty is fake, customer service was awful, product was garbage. I couldn't possibly be more upset with my purchase. Luckily my bag came in the next day so I only missed one day on that sweet Japanese pow.

Dope setup for a cheap price

By:
November 26, 2011

These bindings are pretty sick for the price i paid. Little heavy for plastic, but good quality overall. Just rode with these up @ Keystone yesterday and did the job fine. The half cap strap works great once you get the right strap size geared up. And the multi disk is great. I have a few different boards with different setups;yet, they don't work with the burton channel (because the screws that burton use are female and the screws provided by forum are the regular male setup.)

overall, dope bindings good for the price.
