sweet jacket but it doesn't actually have a removable powder skirt

i got this jacket in red hawk, men's small (i'm 14, 5' 4" and really slim) and it was really baggy but not so much as id want to return it. it is extremely waterproof, super steezy and has tons of features. the only disappointment was that the powder skirt, listed as removable in the descripition, is only removable if you unstich it which i don't really think qualifies it as removable.
this jacket is horrible
